Shipping
All orders placed on the REMBS website are confirmed with an email. Estimated Delivery in 3-5 working days. Shipping cost is free for orders above 250€.
We ship to available European destinations exclusively via DHL Express ODD (On Demand Delivery) at a flat rate of €15. This premium service ensures fast, secure transit and allows you to flexibly manage your delivery preferences directly with DHL once your order is shipped.
We ship all orders within 24/48 hours after the order confirmation that the customer receives by email. If the customer believes their order is being delayed, they can contact our customer service team by writing to hello@rembsjewellery.com. REMBS STUDIO S.L. is not held responsible for external factors that may delay or prevent a delivery and are not covered by our logistics partners.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a link for detailed tracking of your shipment.
Returns
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If you wish to return an item for a refund, you must notify us via email at hello@rembsjewellery.com within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. If you want to return an item, please write us an email at hello@rembsjewellery.com and complete the Return form on this page. Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in a perfect condition, unworn and inside all the original packaging. Once we receive the item back with us, we will process a refund within 14 working days. We cannot be responsible for the time in which your bank may take to clear the money in the bank account.
