What materials does our jewellery consist of?

All of our pieces are crafted from high-quality recycled 925 sterling silver, 18k gold vermeil, and genuine natural gemstones. For added durability and a brilliant shine, our silver pieces feature a premium platinum and rhodium finish. You can always find the specific materials detailed in each product description.

Are your jewelry pieces nickel-free?

Yes! All of our items are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

We recommend cleaning your jewelry with a soft cloth when needed. Avoid bending it to prevent oxidation, and try to keep it away from oils, lotions, and perfumes. For full care instructions, please refer to our Care Guide.

Can I shower with my jewellery?

We don’t recommend showering with your jewelry on, it can gradually cause the gold layer to wear off.

How long does the gold vermeil layer last?

It depends on how often you wear it and how you care for it. To prolong its life, avoid contact with water, lotions, perfumes, and other chemicals. Always remove jewelry before showering or washing your hands. Store your pieces in a dry place, wrapped in cotton or paper, away from sunlight and moisture.

An item I bought is defective. What should I do?

If you’ve received a defective item, please email us at hello@rembsjewellery.com explaining the issue, with a photo of the item. We’ll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I use perfume and moisturizers while wearing your jewelry?

We recommend applying perfume to your clothes and allowing moisturizer to fully absorb before wearing your jewelry, as these substances can affect the longevity of the gold plating.

Why can’t I add certain products to my shopping cart?

If you’re unable to add a product to your cart, it means the item is sold out. Feel free to email us at hello@rembsjewellery.com, and we’ll let you know when it’s back in stock.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email from DHL Express with your tracking number. For questions, please contact us at hello@rembsjewellery.com.

How do I know if my order has been received and is being processed?

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, confirming that we’ve received it and are processing it.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code or coupon during checkout in the designated field and click “Apply.”

If I placed the wrong order, what should I do?

If you placed an incorrect order, please email us at hello@rembsjewellery.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll cancel it for you. If it has already been processed, you’ll need to wait until it arrives and return it.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept the following options: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Trustly, and Bizum (Spain).

Do you ship worldwide?

No, at this moment we don’t offer worldwide shipping. We are now offering just European countries. UK and Switzerland will be soon also available. Please, feel free to ask any doubts at hello@rembsjewellery.com

My order hasn’t arrived yet – can you help?

Absolutely. Please email us at hello@rembsjewellery.com with your order number, and we’ll track the shipment for you.

Should I expect to pay VAT, taxes, or other fees when placing an order?

All listed prices and delivery costs within the EU include VAT and any applicable fees.

How do I return my order?

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If you wish to return an item for a refund, you must notify us via email at hello@rembsjewellery.com within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. If you want to return an item, please write us an email at hello@rembsjewellery.com and complete the Return form on SHIPPING & RETURNS page. Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items must be returned in a perfect condition, unworn and inside all the original packaging. Once we receive the item back with us, we will process a refund within 14 working days. We cannot be responsible for the time in which your bank may take to clear the money in the bank account.
